  • I am an adviser during the entire home buying process

  • I take time to the time to discuss my buyer’s needs and wants as well as what’s motivating their purchase

  • Educate buyer’ the current home market.

  • Find a way for buyers to attain as many of their needs as possible when dealing with the realities of the marketplace and/or specific financial constraints

  • Research homes in the area and sort through active listings suggestions after cross-referencing buyer’s needs  by locating homes in areas that have retained home values, inside good school districts, with low taxes and easy work commutes to NYC- Etc.

  • Help buyers achieve their lifestyle needs with a different set of features than originally anticipated (this is particularly useful when dealing with financial constraints)

  • Assist buyers in narrowing their search until they have identified their top choices

  • Handle the  negotiation process including the necessary forms when making an offer and/or counteroffer

  •   Be there for home inspection and advise on how to take care any of the repairs 

  •  Be present on closing day to ensure that all the buyer’s interests are protected

Buyer’s agents just don't  give out property information, but  must understand, evaluate, and assist home buyers every step of the process.
